To view newsletters I have created for my own stamping business, Hand Stamped By Heather, go to my personal blog, and scroll down the sidebar until you see my Newsletter list. July 2008 is the most recent. You can get a feel for how I design them, although yours will be designed to your specifications and to coordinate witih your blog (if you have one).

Constant Contact Monthly Newsletter Service

OPTION 1:
One Time Setup ($25 or FREE if you purchase the Newsletter Service for a year)

Constant Contact Account Setup.
Import Contact list (from DBWS (your SU website), MS Outlook, Excel file of contacts you may have).
Setup one newsletter that can then be "copied" again and again on your own, whenever you'd like to use it (if you choose not to purchase the Newsletter Service but just this One Time Setup).

OPTION 2:
If you already have Constant Contact and just need a Newsletter designed for you ($15 per letter or $150 per year (save $30!))
(Any or all of the following options)

Blog banner can be used as the title for each newsletter (if applicable).
Any SU promotions/specials for customers/hostesses/demos/starter kits (image and details)
Quick links to SU website, SU online catalog, your blog, other desired website/hyperlinks
Include pics from your recent workshops (points to your blog posts if you have a blog) or you will have to email pictures or send pics to be scanned in the mail.
List upcoming events/classes and price information.
List any personal specials you are running in conjunction with a SU special (if any).
List any items you are selling, such as list of retired stampsets, card kits, Classes to Go, Demonstrator Class Planners, etc.
Signature block (your name, title, contact information).

Constant Contact Training ($25)

Phone call consultation on how to use Constant Contact to:

Adding/Editing Images in newsletter.
Using other types of newsletters, for workshop reminders or promotions.
How to add/remove "blocks" (which are "parts" of your newsletter).
Formatting text (changing font, color, size, etc.)
Adding a PayPal button.

NOTE: These services are separate from your Constant Contact monthly/yearly subscription plan. You are responsible for paying that subscription fee.
