The total setup package is approximately $100-$200 depending on the items/options chosen below OR you can customize your setup. For example, if you do not need a custom, new banner designed or training and just want a Blog Setup/Installation, then the cost would just be $50.
Blog Setup Outline
My blog setup fee is $50 and includes the following (but not limited to - can be made custom to suit your needs. This is just an outline). This includes the installation of the $30 banner you may have designed by Michelle Laycock ($25 if your are a SUDSOL or Technique Junkie Member), and of course a coordinating color scheme for the overall look of your blog.
- ALL catalogs, products (Decor Elements and Big Shot), and promotions.
- Links to you SU website - calendar, events, join my team, promotions. Some type of Nav Bar or Quick Links. If using Typepad, they have a new Nav Bar feature available for customization. if using Blogger, I can add a Quick Links menu to your sidebar or we can discuss installing a custom Navigation Bar (see more details below, $20 for installaion).
- Feedburner/Feedblitz - allows people to subscribe to your blog (stay updated when you post).
- Newsletter Signup - if you use constant contact, vertical response, or Debbie McNeil's newsletter services, I can add a signup box on your sidebar.
- A Gallery – for artwork even not posted on your blog.
- Categories - although you will enter these as you post, I will make the spot in the sidebar for them.
- Monthly Archives.
- Stampin' Up! Featured Project of the Month
- Online Ordering button -- links to your Stampin' Up! website.
- Any other things that may interest you that you've seen on other blogs and want on yours? For example, a survey, a search bar, button to your calendar, etc.
You are responsible for other blog related services fees. For example, if you use Typepad, then you are responsible for their monthly fee (starting at $4.95 and up).
I will also be more than happy to assist you in setting up your domain if you choose to have one (for example, with Go Daddy). We can discuss your needs based on what type of blogging platform you choose.
Banner Design
Although I have designed a few banners and buttons myself, Michelle Laycock (www.laycockdesigns.com) designs the majority of all blog related graphics, including many different types of banners - see below. NOTE: You can have your banner developed outside, by someone else, and I can use it to install on your new blog, no problem! I just use Michelle Laycock and am very pleased with her artwork and professionalism.
- $30 for a beautiful banner designed by Michelle Laycock (http://www.laycockdesigns.com). SUDSOL and Technique Junkie members receive a $5 discount! - NEW $50 Navigation Banner (for Blogger and OLDER versions of Typepad (where $30 is for Michelle to design the banner with buttons, $20 goes to me to install the custom HTML/JavaScript code). What this means is your banner will now have "links" built into it, like mine above (which is a very basic format). Michelle will create yours to your liking using a tabbed/file look for example, or along the top or the side!
- NEW $100 Navigation Banner (for NEW "Everything Typepad" Version of Typepad (where $30 goes to Michelle to design the banner, $70 goes to me to install the custom HTML/JavaScript code). With the NEW version of Typepad it makes this installation very difficult and time consuming. What this means is your banner will now have "links" built into it, like mine above (which is a very basic format). Michelle will create yours to your liking using a tabbed/file look for example, or along the top or the side!
- NEW FREE Navigation Bar with NEW "Everything Typepad" Version!This is a great new feature that can sit below a beautiful banner designed by Michelle Laycock or other blog banner designer. It is built-in to Typepad's Content area (under the Design tab).
- Other banner designs option available, so just ask if you need something you don't see here!

- $25 for 4 one hour phone consultations on teaching you how to maintain your blog after the initial setup is done: how to resize images (Photoshop if you have), how to post, inserting an image in the post, how to add items to the sidebar, how to change your color scheme, and more.
